RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver the panel plates and stickers along with the MO (Manufacturing Order) to the Plant Manager. Create product codes and the Project code (Budget Number without version) in SAP, and email them to the respective sales personnel. Create the MO (Manufacturing Order) according to the budget; before releasing it, verify the Accounts Receivable approval, which refers to the customer’s advance payment invoice. Send an alert via SAP or email to the Procurement Department to proceed with material purchases. Update layout drawings and gather information to prepare the Quality Dossier and deliver it to the respective Commercial Technical Advisor. Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor. Comply with documentation requirements established by the Quality Management System. Comply with documentation requirements established by the Environmental Management System. Comply with documentation requirements established by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. REQUIREMENTS: Student of Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineering. Knowledge of AUTOCAD. (Not mandatory) Knowledge of SAP.
