We are looking for a **Field Service Engineer** who will **make a difference by:** * Performing electrical tests on medium-voltage cables: insulation (Megger), VLF (Very Low Frequency), Tan Delta, and partial discharge (PD). * Performing tests on distribution and power transformers: turns ratio (TTR), winding resistance, oil dielectric strength, and impedance. * Performing tests on medium-voltage switchgear and circuit breakers: opening/closing times, symmetry, contact resistance, and insulation. * Performing tests on current transformers (CT) and potential transformers (PT). * Preparing detailed technical protocols and reports diagnosing the operational status of equipment. * Strictly applying safety procedures: LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), electrical safe working distances per NFPA 70E, and job hazard analysis (JHA/AST/ART). * Taking responsibility for the care of high-value test equipment, such as Omicron, Megger, and Doble, among others. * Providing remote and on-site customer support, including second- and third-level incident support. * Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, processes, and information repositories. * Supporting estimation, planning, and technical task reviews in support of procurement, negotiation, and project management. * Occasionally managing subcontractors and supervising delivery of their deliverables. * Occasionally participating in technical design and development of new service offerings. **We are looking for individuals who:** * Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic-Electrical Engineering. * Have 3+ years of verifiable field experience performing electrical tests on medium-voltage infrastructure (1 kV to 35 kV). * Have experience in electrical substations, industrial plants, renewable energy parks, or mining operations. * Are proficient with advanced test sets such as Omicron, Megger, and Fluke. * Can interpret single-line diagrams, schematics, and control drawings. * Possess knowledge of medium-voltage equipment and electrical test instrumentation. * Understand applicable electrical safety standards and procedures. * Are able to identify primary equipment within a switchgear cell. * Know assembly procedures and criteria for mounting and securing busbars and primary equipment. * Can define and execute appropriate tests on voltage transformers, current transformers, power transformers, and busbars, and interpret the results. * Communicate clearly with customer supervisors. * Use computer tools for report generation. * Have intermediate-level English proficiency, sufficient for participation in international training programs. * Ideally have experience with AIS (Air Insulated Switchgear) or GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear). * Ideally have experience with FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests). * Ideally have experience assembling primary equipment. * Are available to work on-site nationwide, on a 48-hour weekly schedule (Monday to Saturday), with willingness to travel according to assigned project needs. * Competencies: Customer orientation, influence capability, results orientation, and business acumen. **We offer:** * A diverse and inclusive culture. * Access to more than 1,000 learning and professional development courses. * Work-life balance. * A collaborative, innovation-oriented work environment.
