




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrator to manage administrative and financial processes, ensuring efficiency and institutional sustainability at an IB school. Key Highlights: 1. On behalf of our client, a prestigious educational institution — COLEGIO IB — we are looking for an Administrator responsible for comprehensively managing the school’s administrative and financial processes, ensuring efficient resource utilization and institutional sustainability. Main Responsibilities: · Plan, execute, and supervise the school’s administrative management. · Prepare and monitor the annual budget, as well as manage income and expenditure flows. · Supervise collections, accounting, and fulfillment of financial obligations. · Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (SUNAT, MINEDU, among others). · Lead personnel management: recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation. · Supervise admissions processes, as well as student recruitment and retention strategies. · Manage logistics, maintenance, infrastructure, and institutional security. · Coordinate with senior management on implementing institutional strategies and plans. Requirements: · Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. · Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative leadership roles. · Knowledge of finance, human resources, logistics, and strategic planning. · Prior experience in the education sector is mandatory. · Postgraduate studies (MBA or related) are desirable. · Proficiency in technological tools. · English proficiency at basic to intermediate level. .
