You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying qualified candidates for various IT sector positions and others. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * *Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals.* * *Own tools and memberships on sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bumeran, Computrabajo, FlexJobs, and other similar platforms.* * *Knowledge of roles such as Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, QA, SysAdmin, and Cybersecurity.* * *Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills.* ***MAIN OBJECTIVES*** * *Preparation of shortlists, comparative tables, and review of resumes for finalist trios.* * *Reference checks for finalist trios* * *Coordination of interviews with the requesting department.* ***WORK MODALITY*** * *Freelance, according to your own schedule* * *Compensation based on selected positions* Work location: Remote work
