Frontend Technical Lead

Job Summary: KEYSolutions is seeking a professional with experience leading frontend teams and defining scalable architectures, coordinating across multiple teams, and managing technical debt. KEYSolutions, an IT consulting and services company, is looking for professionals who meet the following requirements: **Technical Requirements** * Graduate in Computer Science or Information Engineering. * 6+ years of experience in modern frontend development. * 2+ years leading frontend teams (ideally 5+ members). * Advanced proficiency in TypeScript. * Solid experience with Angular (or the project's primary framework). * Solid experience with StencilJS or Lit for building cross-platform UI components. * Experience defining scalable frontend architecture. * Experience establishing development standards and best practices. * Experience building and/or governing Design Systems. * Experience with Style Dictionary or equivalent tools to compile tokens across multiple platforms (CSS, TS, iOS, Android). * Direct experience working with Figma, Figma Tokens/Token Studio, and automating Figma with token repositories: * Proficiency in modern CSS and style architecture. * Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or similar). * Experience in code reviews and quality assurance. * Strong knowledge of accessibility (WCAG). * Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams. **Responsibilities** * Lead a team of 5+ frontend developers. * Define technical guidelines and development standards. * Actively participate in development (50% hands-on). * Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring. * Make architectural decisions. * Coordinate with backend, UX, and business teams. * Manage technical debt. * Estimate effort and support technical planning. **Key Competencies** * Technical leadership. * Effective communication with stakeholders. * Decision-making ability. * Technical conflict management. * Focus on scalability and quality. **WE OFFER:** * Pleasant work environment * Competitive salary aligned with experience and professional profile * Working hours: Monday to Friday * Remote, hybrid, or on-site mode, as determined during the interview Interested candidates who meet the profile must submit an updated CV and indicate AVAILABILITY TO START WORK.
