Position Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience in technological management of after-sales services and corporate mobility to lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. At Mobius Saretec Group, we provide technology-based services supporting excellent fleet management for major leasing companies, car rental firms, insurance providers, and corporations with private, public, or corporate fleets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the design of the web application architecture. * Develop front-end and back-end web applications. * Maintain code integrity and organization. * Collaborate with the engineering team to design new features; ensure application quality and responsiveness; implement security and data protection measures. * Delegate, coordinate, lead, and guide the development team. * Monitor the entire project lifecycle according to client requirements, within established timelines and budget. * Manage quality control and prototyping. **Required Professional Profile, Experience, and Competencies:** Individuals with software development experience possessing the following characteristics: * Leadership ability, commitment, planning skills, and strong communication skills. * Advanced English proficiency (C1\) is mandatory. * Experience with agile methodologies enabling iterative and incremental development. * SOLID principles. * PHP frameworks: Laravel and Vue.js. * Migrations, Factories, and Seeders. * Proficiency with a Code Editor (Visual Studio Code, Atom, Vim, etc.). * Proficiency with an IDE (PhpStorm, WebStorm, etc.). * GIT, SSH, WebSockets, Laracasts. * MySQL database design. * REST clients (Postman, Insomnia). * Design patterns, Continuous Integration, Jira, Bitbucket. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Eloquent, Laravel Mix. * SoftDeleters, Homestead. * Dependency Injection. * Routes (resource and apiResource). * Validations, Authorizations. * Blade, Horizon, Mailing, Laravel Echo, Laravel Forge, Laravel Dusk. **Skills:** * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Dynamic, proactive individual with leadership capabilities and technical communication skills with clients and internal engineering teams. * Tolerance for failure, innovation, creativity, and results orientation. * Decision-making ability, identification of bottlenecks, and risk assumption. * Capacity for learning and self-critique. **Education:** Technical or University Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field; or FP II qualification.
