At **Altamira Technology**, we are currently engaged in an important digital transformation project for the mining sector and are looking to add a **Functional Leader of Mining Operations** to our team as a functional consultant. **Who are we looking for?** We seek a senior professional to participate in the development and implementation project of the Nexo 360 Operation software. The candidate will be responsible for understanding mining operational processes and translating functional requirements and rules to the development team, ensuring the solution meets end-users’ real-world needs. **Key Requirements:** ✔ Degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering with mining experience or related fields. ✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in mining operations, planning, or mining systems. ✔ Experience in shift planning and scheduling, personnel and equipment allocation, operational follow-up, and shift handover. ✔ Desirable experience in software implementation projects, dispatch systems, fleet control, or mining digital transformation. ✔ Ability to interact effectively with operational users and technical teams. **Your experience will be key to:** * Validating mining operational processes. * Providing functional guidance to the development team. * Addressing queries regarding mining operations. * Ensuring the technological solution meets the business’s real-world needs. **Engagement Model:** ✅ Hourly consultancy. ✅ Compatible with current employment. ✅ Flexible working hours, subject to coordination. ✅ Fixed-duration project.
