WE OFFER: * Professional development in the Human Resources area, especially in the recruitment and selection process—hiring profiles such as: Sales Advisors, Back Office staff, Supervisors—applying dynamics, active breaks, etc. * Certificate for services performed in the Human Resources department * Possibility of employment based on performance by the 4th month * Transportation allowance: S/. 150 REQUIREMENTS: * Must be available to attend in person from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, in Los Olivos (Landmark: Naranjal Roundabout) * We seek candidates with a proactive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and skills in recruitment and selection * Technical or university students majoring in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, etc. If you have a detail-oriented approach and are motivated by teamwork, this position is for you.
