At *MILAN GOURMET*, we are looking for new talent to join our Recruitment and Selection team: **Requirements:** \- University students in their 6th to 8th semester of Business Administration or related fields. \- Knowledge and use of job boards (not mandatory) \- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel \- Knowledge of interviews and Human Resource Management (not mandatory) \- Willingness to develop in the Recruitment and Selection area. \- Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** \- Mass posting of job openings across various recruitment channels. \- Conducting resume screening, pre-screening, and candidate follow-up. \- Scheduling interviews with applicants (virtual). \- Meeting weekly targets for new hires joining the company. \- Daily reporting on resume screenings and scheduled interviews. **Competencies:** **\-** Proactivity and commitment \- Communication skills \- Organization and responsibility \- Continuous learning and positive attitude. **Benefits:** \- Part-time position (Remote) \- Opportunity for learning and growth in a real and dynamic environment. \- Excellent work climate and flexible working hours. \- Initial pre-professional internship agreement (A.H.), subject to employment based on performance.
