We are Kallpa Creativa, a marketing and advertising agency focused on providing professional support to local and international companies. We are currently looking for 1 Human Talent Intern to join our team. What do we need from you? \- Student from the 6th semester onward, or technical student from the 3rd semester onward, majoring in Human Resources, Talent Management, Psychology, or related fields. Knowledge in: * Job board management. * CV screening. * Assessment centers. * Training, climate, and culture. * Basic Excel skills. Responsibilities: * Address staffing requirements from various internal and external departments. * Post job opportunities on multiple platforms. * Evaluate and screen resumes. * Coordinate interviews. * Conduct competency assessments through interviews. * Support updating employee databases. * Evaluate employee performance through specific activities. * Coordinate with other departments to assess competencies related to their areas. * Provide follow-up and guidance to employees throughout processes. * Register new employees in the company system. * Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees. * Facilitate interactive sessions with employees and department leaders across all departments. * Evaluate delivered sessions and propose improvements. * Develop visual materials (flyers, slides, etc.) for presentations. * Implement initiatives to improve employee retention and loyalty. * Execute tasks assigned by the area leader. * Draft employee agreements.
