Position Summary: We are seeking an Interior Architecture Assistant to collaborate on design, project monitoring, and supervision—optimizing both functionality and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in designing and presenting ideas through sketches and physical or digital models. 2. Create technical drawings and conduct site surveys using specialized software. 3. Research and propose materials and finishes aligned with the latest design trends. We are Q.F. FARMACIA MAGISTRAL, a Peruvian pharmacy chain committed to delivering personalized, comprehensive care with excellent service to our patients. Currently, we operate 29 pharmacies nationwide and lead the pharmaceutical market in compounding magistral preparations. Requirements: - Graduate in Architecture. - Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. - Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD), SketchUp Enscape, V-Ray, among others. - Knowledge of interior architecture and structural project development (commercial establishments). - Willingness to travel to our various locations. Responsibilities: - Collaborate in developing design proposals and presenting ideas through sketches, renderings, and physical or digital models. - Produce technical drawings, site surveys, and detailed construction documentation using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). - Participate in project planning and monitoring, assisting in coordinating meetings and managing timelines. - Research and propose material, finish, and furniture options consistent with current design trends—always aiming to optimize space functionality and aesthetics. - Assist in task planning, time management, and coordination of meetings among internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project progress. - Support on-site construction supervision and implementation of designs, helping resolve unforeseen issues and optimizing processes during execution. - Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
