We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Operator with experience in operating critical platforms, infrastructure monitoring, and production environment support. You will be responsible for ensuring technological service continuity during the night shift, guaranteeing the availability of servers, applications, and business-critical platforms. Work Modality On-site. **Night Shift Hours:** 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Key Responsibilities Monitor servers, infrastructure, applications, and services in production environments. Execute scheduled and on-demand operational tasks to ensure service continuity. Perform production deployments following established procedures. Respond to, analyze, and track incidents, perform initial technical triage, and escalate promptly when necessary. Run database queries and Linux commands as part of daily operations. Validate critical processes, backups, and scheduled maintenance activities. Prepare operational reports and maintain up-to-date shift logs. Coordinate with Infrastructure, Development, QA, Help Desk, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure service stability. Requirements Technical graduate or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, NOC, or system administration. **Proven experience in:** Production server and service monitoring. Production deployments. Execution of operational tasks. Incident handling and escalation. Report and log preparation. Basic database querying and fundamental Linux environment administration. Essential Knowledge Linux (Ubuntu or other distributions). SQL Server and MySQL. Windows Server (IIS, DNS, Active Directory). VMware. Docker. Monitoring tools (PRTG or similar). Automation using Bash or PowerShell. AWS, Azure, or GCP. Backup management. Microsoft 365\.
