Position Summary: We are seeking IT interns to provide technical support, analyze problems, conduct software testing, and monitor desktop/web/mobile applications, working closely with the Development and Support team. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support 2. Analysis of issues and solutions 3. Collaboration with development and support **ID SOLUTIONS:** We specialize in delivering technological solutions for attendance control and related areas, involving the application of new tools for both hardware and software domains. We are currently recruiting personnel: **Profile:** IT INTERN **Number of Positions:** 02 persons **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. · Basic knowledge of SQL Server. · Basic knowledge of C\# (Not mandatory) · Software and hardware installation. · IP configuration knowledge. · Basic networking knowledge. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. **Responsibilities:** · Provide on-site and remote technical support to various clients. · Analyze technical issues and deliver solutions. · Perform software quality testing. · Monitor and evaluate desktop/web/mobile applications. · Report identified bugs. · Collaborate closely with the Development and Support team. · Install software and hardware. **Academic Qualifications:** · Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or final-year student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. **Salary:** To be discussed **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Modality:** On-site **Work Location:** CAL.
