Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Assistant to provide user support, remote and onsite technical support, operating system installation, server administration, and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. User support and remote/onsite technical support 2. Active Directory server administration 3. Laptop and PC maintenance and repair At VDATA CONSULTING, we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of IT SUPPORT ASSISTANT. **Responsibilities** User support Remote and onsite support Installation of Windows 7 and 8 operating systems Active Directory server administration Creation and deactivation of corporate email accounts (G Suite, Microsoft 365, Zimbra) Computer cloning via image. Laptop and PC maintenance and repair **Requirements** Technical or university degree in Computer Science and Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of verifiable work experience. Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (subject to prior coordination with supervisor). Salary: S/1800 + bonuses Formal employment contract from day one, statutory benefits.
