Flexible schedule based on goal achievement At **Tribu Offline**, we are seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. **What You'll Do:** * Design graphic assets for social media (posts, stories, and other digital formats). * Develop graphic resources for in-person events (flyers, posters, signage, credentials, merchandise, etc.). * Adapt and maintain the brand's visual identity across different formats. * Support the visual conceptualization of campaigns and activities. * Prepare final files for print and digital publication. **Requirements** * Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator** and **Adobe Photoshop**. * Basic knowledge of print and digital design. * Strong aesthetic judgment, composition, typography, and color management skills. * Ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines. * Portfolio of completed work (academic, freelance, or personal) is desirable. **Work Modality** * **Part Time** * **100% Remote** * Flexible schedule based on goal achievement. **We Are Looking For Someone Who...** * Is proactive and eager to learn. * Pays attention to detail and ensures high visual quality for every asset. * Enjoys working on projects related to communities, events, and social experiences. * Contributes creative ideas and effective visual solutions.
