Responsibilities: \- Provide technical support to users regarding base software, office software, and applications. \- Ensure operational continuity of incident support services during scheduled hours for systems covered under the service scope. \- Handle application-related incidents from the Help Desk. \- Log all incidents occurring during the assigned shift. \- Continuously track pending tickets and ensure their proper closure. \- Share knowledge gained from training sessions conducted by HITSS staff with team members. \- Log user requests in the Help Desk tool. \- Verify that each request contains the minimum required information for processing. Schedule: Monday to Sunday (1 rotating day off) Part-time modality: 4 hours per day, rotating shifts between 7 AM and 9 PM (7 AM is the earliest entry time; 9 PM is the latest exit time).
