Position Summary: Newrest is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, including sauce and side dish preparation, and mise en place. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in dish preparation and culinary preparations. 2. Responsible for sauces, side dishes, and salads. 3. Active collaboration in food preparation and plating. Newrest is a multinational catering company, currently operating in over 58 countries and present in Peru for the past 13 years. Focused on gastronomy, our operations span Airline Catering, Concessions, and Remote Site Services—including food service, maintenance, and hospitality. We are currently recruiting **KITCHEN ASSISTANTS**. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * And/or relevant work experience validating and supporting your knowledge. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in concession-based roles or related fields. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist the chef and/or head chef with pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes. * Prepare sauces, side dishes, salads, and other items. * Perform mise en place. * Support assigned food preparation and plating tasks. * Provide assistance in activities assigned by your immediate supervisor.
