Position Summary: We are seeking a Labor Law Trainer to deliver specialized virtual workshops on workplace sexual harassment, with experience in training committees and employees. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic facilitation skills and practical approach **At Radha Consulting**, we are looking for a **Labor Law Trainer** to deliver a specialized virtual workshop. **Requirements:** * A professionally certified lawyer. * Proven experience delivering lectures or workshops on **Workplace Sexual Harassment**. * Up-to-date knowledge of current Peruvian regulations (Law No. 27942 and its amendments). * Experience training both **Intervention Committees on Workplace Sexual Harassment** and general employees. * Dynamic facilitation skills and practical approach. **Modality:** * Virtual workshop * Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes **Honorarium:** * S/ 200 per session (1\.5 hours) * Service invoice Salary: Starting from S/.200\.00 per hour Estimated hours: No more than 2\.0 per week Application question(s): * Do you hold a professional law degree? * Have you delivered training on Workplace Sexual Harassment under current Peruvian regulations (Law 27942\)? * Have you trained Intervention Committees on Workplace Sexual Harassment? * Do you have experience delivering workshops in a virtual format? * Do you agree to an honorarium of S/ 200 per 1\.5-hour virtual session?
