Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with a passion for learning to design and structure training programs in human resource management and soft skills. Key Highlights: 1. We seek professionals with a background in Human Resources, a strong interest in learning, and openness to embracing new challenges—actively participating in the design and structuring of training programs. **Position Mission:** To design and structure HR-specialized curriculum grids and content—including soft skills and business topics—ensuring each program meets client needs, follows a logical learning sequence, and delivers value to learners. **What Will Be Your Challenges?** * Design curriculum grids for B2C and B2B products. * Develop topics for masterclasses. * Coordinate with instructors and learners in building training solutions. * Update and optimize learning products. * Monitor product quality. * Share brand product information with internal teams. * Review pedagogical materials and HR content. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor, aligned with the position’s mission. **What Do You Need to Join Our Team?** * Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate candidate in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of HR experience (internships accepted; MANDATORY). * Knowledge of Human Resources (MANDATORY). * Interest in learning, training, education, and curriculum design. * Residence in Peru with availability to travel to Huancayo (up to 4 days per month for in-person work, with 100% covered travel expenses). * Personal laptop for flexible remote work. * Competencies: Structured thinking, analytical ability, customer-value orientation, critical thinking, effective communication, research-oriented and curious mindset.
