




Position Summary: Provide end-user computer support by managing and resolving technical incidents and requests related to operating systems, Office 365, and email. Key Highlights: 1. Provide end-user computer support. What are the main responsibilities? Receiving, logging, and categorizing incidents and/or requests in the ticketing tool Providing initial basic support for incidents reported by end users Support for issues related to Windows 10 operating system, Office 365, printing problems, internet browsers, and email Escalating tickets to other resolution teams Documenting, tracking, and closing tickets in the ticketing tool What profile are we looking for? Minimum two (2) years of experience in help desk (Level 1), Service Desk, call center, remote or on-site end-user support, and/or customer service. Graduate in Computer Science and Information Technology, Networks and Communications, Informatics, Information Systems, or related fields. Knowledge of ticket or request management.
