The selected candidate must demonstrate management skills, such as procurement assistance, ERP system management, e-commerce management, and sales assistant responsibilities. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word is required; experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred but not mandatory. The role involves working on projects across the entire logistics chain, collaborating with various departments—including sales, operations, billing, finance, and dispatch—to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. The intern will be responsible for managing e-commerce sales, assisting with and managing both purchase and sales orders, handling logistics data, preparing detailed reports, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. Additionally, the intern will collaborate on supplier management and order tracking, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
