Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanical Technician to control activities, coordinate processes, track services, propose improvements, and ensure reliability. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Maintenance Mechanical Technician**, residing in the city of Cajamarca. **Responsibilities**: * Maintain control and record of executed activities according to Work Orders and document daily maintenance occurrences \- in the Daily Report. * Coordinate with supervision the processes involved in the work, scope, and impact of performed maintenance interventions. * Track provided services until completion, including pending spare parts and pending activities. * Propose continuous improvements to preventive maintenance reliability and reduce maintenance service operational time. * Reduce faults (emergency calls) and improve performance of assigned equipment. * Use allocated resources appropriately and reasonably to deliver services. * Ensure all work complies with manufacturer-recommended standards. * Perform tasks in accordance with current safety regulations. **Requirements**: * Residence in Cajamarca. * Technical degree in Maintenance Mechanics or related field. * Years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance: belts, pulleys, or similar. * Preferred: Valid driver's license category A2A or A2B. **Benefits**: * Market-competitive salary. * Full formal payroll from Day 1, including all statutory benefits.
