Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior I Engineer, recently graduated or holding a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, project- and design-oriented, to undergo training and join our engineering team. Work on mining and infrastructure projects using BIM and AWP technologies **Profile:** Recently graduated or bachelor's degree holder in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering; knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Inventor; oriented toward project execution and mechanical, piping, and structural engineering design; open to learning engineering standards and codes; skilled at acquiring new 3D design software; communicative and responsible. **Training:** Admitted candidates will undergo training following an interview and will join as Junior I Engineers for six months. Subsequently, based on evaluation, they will become permanent members of the **Engineering Staff**. Training will be conducted remotely (home office). **Responsibilities:** * Attend company-provided engineering training and advanced specialized software tool training. * Support the development of conceptual, basic, and/or detailed engineering projects. * Following training, develop physical mock-ups and intelligent 3D models using advanced design software, as well as produce engineering drawings. * Assist in preparing technical specifications and general engineering documentation. * Adapt to the practice and use of new engineering software. * Understand and apply engineering development processes utilizing BIM and AWP methodologies in mining and high-technical-level projects. * Collaborate within teams and actively participate in assigned activities. Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is valued (not mandatory). On-site and remote work availability is required.
