If you are motivated by continuous improvement, technical component design, and developing new functionalities in the lithium battery sector, this challenge is for you. **Job Details** * Employment Type: **Remote** * Language Requirement: **English C1/C2** * Focus Areas: Product engineering, industrial design, and technical support. **Your Responsibilities:** * Technical Design: Perform simple design of battery enclosures and components using AutoCAD or similar tools, adapting them to specific orders. * Documentation: Prepare and respond to technical documentation (manuals, licenses, and product specifications). * Innovation: Develop new functionalities for batteries and support the creation of new products. * Continuous Improvement: Analyze technical incidents and propose ongoing improvements to lithium battery performance. * Follow-up: Conduct technical follow-up of products to ensure proper functionality. **What We Are Looking For:** * Education: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (with an electrical focus). * **Advanced English proficiency.** * Experience: 2–3 years in industrial design, **ideally working with batteries**. * Software: Basic proficiency in **AutoCAD** or other industrial design tools, and **strong Excel skills.** * Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, autonomy, technical curiosity, and a strong orientation toward continuous improvement. \#Marketing25 Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you have experience designing electromechanical or electrical components?
