Job Summary: We are seeking a merchandiser with retail experience to ensure proper product display, organization, and cleanliness, as well as to report key point-of-sale information. Key Highlights: 1. Retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) experience 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Proactivity and ability to work independently **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Technical studies in sales, marketing, or administration preferred (not mandatory) * Minimum 6 months of experience in retail or FMCG * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with store staff * Organized, responsible, and punctual * Basic mobile phone usage (WhatsApp, taking photos, submitting reports) * Willingness to travel between different points of sale * Proactivity and ability to work independently **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Restock products on shelves and verify in-store stock availability. * Ensure correct product display, organization, and cleanliness. * Verify pricing, expiration dates, and product condition. * Collect sales, stock, and turnover data at the point of sale. * Submit daily reports with photos and relevant observations. * Coordinate with store staff regarding restocking needs. * Report stockouts, low turnover, or opportunities for improvement. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment Application deadline: 31/03/2026
