We invite you to join our team as: **NOC Monitoring Analyst** **REQUIREMENTS** * High school diploma | Technical or university graduate: Systems Engineer, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field * Experience in monitoring centers, NOCs, or data centers. * Experience in monitoring fixed networks and fiber optic networks, incident alerts. * One year of experience in: monitoring and reporting incidents, alarm analysis and reporting, and escalating incidents. * Completion of an ITIL training course (certificate mandatory). * Desired proficiency in monitoring tools: Work location: Villa de Claro Office, Av.
