Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Nurse to manage medical follow-up for workers, coordinate medical appointments, and actively participate in occupational safety and health management within the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages case follow-up for workers on Medical Leave 2. Provides accompaniment and coordination of medical appointments 3. Actively participates in OSH management and health programs We are looking for an OCCUPATIONAL NURSE Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * Diploma or courses in Occupational Safety and Health * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Availability to work in the Cercado de Lima District * Schedule: Once per week x 6 hours (in-person) / Five times per week x 2 hours (remote) Responsibilities: * Conduct case follow-up for workers on Medical Leave * Prepare weekly reports on cases involving Medical Leave * Accompany workers to their medical appointments * Request medical appointments at Essalud or clinics for workers * Coordinate with the occupational physician * Provide first aid in case of accidents or other life-threatening incidents affecting personnel at the workplace * Participate in health and safety awareness programs or talks, especially occupational health and safety * Actively participate in OSH management within the company Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,130.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
