Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** These services originate from the Service Desk (first-level support) to resolve incidents/requests that cannot be addressed remotely. They cover user IT resource incidents/requests within scope—primarily related to software and hardware usage, operation, and configuration. On-site technical support services shall assume the following responsibilities: Support for all PCs and peripherals included in this proposal, located at THE CLIENT’S premises. Responsible for resolving hardware and software incidents on-site. * Support for incidents related to base software specified in this proposal. * Preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement of computing equipment due to equipment anomalies. Includes equipment cloning, user data backup, * user data restoration, equipment personalization, and information restore. * Preparation of equipment for delivery to the vendor for warranty application. * First-line support for printers. * Maintaining up-to-date hardware and software inventory. * Maintaining up-to-date licensing documentation. Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs. On-site mode. **Requirements and Qualifications** University or technical graduate in Systems, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * ITIL 4 training (certification preferred) * 1–2 years of professional experience. * Knowledge of microcomputer systems and Windows and macOS operating systems. * Basic SAP knowledge. * Experience in remote technical support, on-site support, and microcomputer support. * Incident resolution and request handling. * Effective communication skills **Additional Information** provis 200 soles Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
