We invite you to join our team as: **NOC Monitoring Analyst** **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree\|Technical or University Graduate: Systems Engineer, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field * Experience in Monitoring Centers, NOCs, or Data Centers. * Experience in monitoring Fixed Networks and Fiber Optic networks, incident alerts. * One year of experience in: monitoring and reporting incidents, alarm analysis and reporting, and escalating incidents. * Completion of an ITIL training course (certificate mandatory). * Familiarity with monitoring tools is desirable. Work Location: Villa de Claro Headquarters, Av.
