What would be your responsibilities? - Manage and optimize forecasting models for strategic project control. - Identify and report early warnings in profitability and operational KPIs for each initiative. - Conduct impact and profitability analyses for new improvement projects. - Lead the execution and monitoring of automation and efficiency projects. - Prepare and present critical results to business leaders in committee meetings. What qualifications do you need? - Students in their 8th or 9th semester of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory). - Intermediate proficiency in Power BI (Mandatory). - Knowledge of numerical analysis and data handling. - Analytical thinking and ability to propose improvements. - Assertive communication, proactivity, and adaptability. - Prior participation in process optimization projects (Desirable). - Prior participation in KPI identification and reporting (Desirable).
