Integration of technology and operational excellence. **Who We Are** We are an innovative company redefining hospitality across Latin America by integrating technology, design, and operational excellence to deliver high-end experiences across multiple properties. **Job Objective** To plan, schedule, and supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring proper task assignment, resource optimization, and adherence to quality standards and timelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop the daily cleaning schedule based on operational demand. * Assign tasks to staff fairly and efficiently. * Monitor activity progress in real time. * Reschedule tasks in response to incidents (absences, delays, emergencies). * Coordinate with Zone Managers and warehouse regarding resource availability. * Record and update property status. * Manage guest requests and prioritize requirements. * Coordinate with Maintenance and Customer Experience (CX) teams to resolve incidents. * Plan staffing levels according to operational volume. * Evaluate team performance and provide follow-up for operational staff. **Requirements** * Graduate or degree holder in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping operations. * Experience in scheduling and assigning operational tasks. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel / Office. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join an internationally expanding company. * Professional development and defined career path. * A dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.
