Contact us via WhatsApp at **994 116 701** to schedule an interview. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct supervision of the cashier team * Achievement of daily sales and collection targets * Cash register control, cash counts, end-of-day closings, and cash handling * Responsibility for cash discrepancies and daily control * Supervision of on-site operations (customer service, tracking of bets and deposits) * Driving sales in-branch and across digital channels * Resolving operational incidents * Monitoring and evaluating team performance **Requirements** * Experience leading teams * Cash handling and cash control experience * Goal-oriented mindset * Experience in online customer service or management * Availability for rotating shifts * Ability to demand results and work under pressure **Employment Conditions** * Salary: S/1,800 to S/2,500 (based on evaluation) * Bonuses starting at 200 soles per store for target achievement * Full-time availability and willingness to work overtime as operationally required * **Overtime compensated in accordance with applicable law** * Payroll under REMYPE regime * Benefits as stipulated by law **Working Hours** * Rotating shifts every 15 days: * 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. * 6 working days and 1 rest day * **Fixed rest day assigned between Monday and Thursday (non-rotating)** **What We Are Looking For** We seek individuals with a positive attitude, commitment, and strong desire for professional and personal growth.
