Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor with experience in poultry restaurants/restaurants to plan and execute sales, retain customers, and manage teams. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking (1\) **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR**, who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience in poultry restaurants and/or ***restaurants***. **(Mandatory)** * Ability to work effectively in a team. * University and/or technical studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Strong, results-oriented leadership. (Mandatory)** * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and other similar tools. * ERP system knowledge **(Mandatory)** * Knowledge of sales management and commercial operations. * Residency in Los Olivos or nearby districts **(Mandatory)** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and execute the sales strategy and monitor its progress. * Achieve the monthly sales target. * Retain customers and promote additional products from the portfolio. * Identify new opportunities with new customers, expand the client portfolio, and foster company growth. * Address customer complaints and feedback promptly. * Represent company brands efficiently. * Develop traditional distribution channels by maintaining existing accounts and cultivating new prospects (distributors, wholesalers, etc.), executing scheduled visits along with respective reports. * Prepare the monthly Sales Plan, setting objectives and tracking progress toward targets. * Provide market and competitor behavior feedback. * Measure outcomes of strategic commercial and marketing initiatives. * Monitor and control the operational efficiency of the sales process. * Submit monthly sales reports and performance indicators. * Perform any other duties assigned by Management. **CORE COMPETENCIES** * Problem-solving * Proactivity * Leadership * Team management * Service orientation **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including statutory benefits as per (MYPE) regulations. * Special bonuses (Independence Day, Christmas, and tenure-based). * Salary starting at S/.2,500\.00 per month, with potential for additional earnings based on performance targets. ***If you meet the requirements, do not hesitate to apply.
