Birthday day off and corporate benefits At **JB Business Consulting Firm**, we are currently seeking a **PROCESS ENGINEERING INTERN (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)** for the **Operations** department. **Requirements:** ✅ **Education**: University student (5th to 8th semester) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, Process Engineering, or related fields. ✅ Preference for students enrolled in evening classes. ✅ Knowledge of process management and mapping, flowchart development, process mapping, continuous improvement, and operational optimization. ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Canva (Basic level). ✅ Access to technological tools for remote work. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Support the mapping, analysis, and documentation of internal processes of client companies and the consulting firm’s operational departments. 2\. Assist in developing and updating flowcharts, procedures, manuals, and KPIs related to process management. 3\. Participate in identifying organizational process improvement and optimization opportunities. 4\. Monitor compliance with operational activities and schedules established by the department. 5\. Prepare progress reports and summaries related to projects, operations, and process control. 6\.
