We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals eager to grow and fill the position of Kitchen Assistant with bakery experience. What Are We Looking For? Candidates residing in Jesús María or nearby adjacent areas within a maximum one-hour commute. Applicants who do not meet this requirement are kindly requested to refrain from applying. Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurants, cafés, or health-food stores. Bakery/pastry knowledge (mandatory). Age between 20 and 40 years. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Strong verbal communication skills to promote natural products; basic knowledge required. Availability to work in Jesús María, near the Hospital del Niño. Main Responsibilities: \- Cleaning and organizing your work area \- Daily mise en place, preparation of desserts, beverages, and à la carte dishes. \- Conducting weekly inventory of bio-store products. \- Assisting at the cash register for dish/product sales. \- Supporting multifunctional tasks related to the business. Employment Conditions: Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 5 hours per day. Weekly Day Off: One fixed day per week. Pleasant work environment. Performance- and sales-based incentives.
