Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to oversee the preparation and validation of social benefits and manage payroll, PLAME, AFP, EsSalud, and monthly provisions. Key Highlights: 1. Our client, a leading Peruvian company expanding nationally and specializing in fiber-optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Payroll Analyst** under a temporary replacement contract. What are the main responsibilities? * Supervise the preparation and validation of social benefits settlements. * Prepare the biweekly bonus consolidation, commissions, and reimbursements for payment processing. * Prepare, validate, and submit PLAME, AFP, EsSalud, and subsidy schedules. * Prepare, validate, and submit monthly provision schedules (Bonus, CTS, and vacation accruals). * Process end-of-month payroll, CTS, and Bonus (including absenteeism deductions, employee headcount consolidation, and month-end income/deduction reconciliation). * Generate and validate month-end reports (vacations, subsidies, fifth-category income tax, and family allowances). What are we looking for? * Professional with a degree in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields focused on payroll management. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in payroll management metrics, intermediate-to-advanced MS Office, knowledge of Cash Net, Power Query, and HR management applications or technological tools. * Leadership-oriented, service-minded, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual. What are the employment conditions? * On-site work at the office located in Lince. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 remotely. * Full statutory payroll package including all legally mandated benefits. * Temporary replacement contract.
