




Job Summary: Responsible for managing and preparing payroll lists, ensuring regulatory compliance and addressing staff requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the preparation of payroll lists for operational and administrative staff. 2. Ensures compliance with current labor regulations. 3. Handles worker inquiries regarding payments and benefits. Job Objective To manage and ensure the accurate preparation of payroll for operational and administrative staff, guaranteeing compliance with current labor regulations, proper incident control, and timely response to worker requests. Specific Functions * Prepare the monthly payroll, covering operational and administrative staff. * Review and validate attendance-related incidents: overtime hours, rotating shifts, night shifts, tardiness, absences, leaves, licenses, medical leave, and vacations. * Coordinate with operations supervisors to validate attendance records and personnel updates. * Manage subsidies and economic benefits with EsSalud, as applicable. * Perform calculations for remuneration, overtime, bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacations, social benefit settlements, and labor severance payments, as applicable. * Execute employee onboarding, offboarding, and record modifications in labor registries. * Address worker inquiries regarding pay slips, benefits, deductions, and remunerative concepts. * Prepare documentation for labor audits, SUNAFIL inspections, and internal reviews. * Prepare reports on personnel costs, turnover, absenteeism, and man-hours. Requirements * Degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in payroll preparation. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in Excel and STARSOFT payroll systems. * Familiarity with attendance control, SCTR (Workers' Compensation Insurance), work-related accidents, and medical leave.
