REQUIREMENTS: Professional in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Minimum of 1 year of certified experience Experience in general regime and civil construction payroll Advanced Excel skills Knowledge of labor legislation RESPONSIBILITIES: Review of time cards and attendance records. Tax calculation (withholdings, contributions, Essalud, etc.) Entry of personnel changes (bonuses, deductions, tardiness, among others) Settlement of social benefits Preparation and processing of weekly payroll per project. Other duties inherent to the area.
