Financial subsidy RESPONSIBILITIES: * Posting job advertisements: Distribute vacancies on job boards (Computrabajo, Indeed, or Facebook). * Profile development: Assist in defining and validating position requirements with department heads. * Resume screening: Review CVs to select candidates best suited for the position. * Telephone screening: Conduct initial contact to verify availability and interest. * Assessments: Administer and tabulate psychometric or technical tests and prepare preliminary reports. * Interview scheduling: Coordinate interviews and document submission. * Personnel file management: Update and organize databases for new staff. REQUIREMENTS: * Students in final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources. * Excel proficiency (basic\-intermediate) * Effective communication and organizational skills.
