Excellent work environment and job stability We are looking for a Plant Supervisor for the Night Shift at our production plant located in Huachipa. This key position reports directly to the Plant Manager and serves as their right-hand person, assuming leadership, resource coordination, and operational decision-making responsibilities during the night shift. **Essential Requirements:** Experience: Proven prior experience supervising production specifically in the Large Format sector. Technical Knowledge: Basic/intermediate understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong leadership ability, team management, effective communication, and problem-solving under pressure. Availability: Full availability to work in Huachipa on a fixed Night Shift schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise, coordinate, and efficiently allocate shift resources (personnel, machinery, and materials) according to schedules. Verify proper operation of printing machines and coordinate immediate actions in case of failures or incidents. Ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery deadlines, and safety regulations (BPM). Lead the team by promoting order, discipline, safety, and teamwork.
