Join Our Team at WYA Soluciones Integrales as a Pre-professional Design Intern **About WYA Soluciones Integrales:** We are a Peruvian technology startup that develops solutions aimed at improving business efficiency and decision-making through software, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and information platforms. We seek individuals eager to learn and build real products, who wish to grow professionally within a dynamic technological environment. **Job Objective:** To support the creation and enhancement of the company’s and clients’ visual identity, as well as digital interface design, contributing to effective visual communication and facilitating implementation of solutions by the development team. **Requirements** * Student in the final cycles of Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of graphic design (color, typography, composition). * Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar. * Understanding of UX/UI principles. * Ability to create graphic assets (brochures, social media posts, banners). * Strong visual judgment and attention to detail. * Ability to receive feedback and improve proposals. **Academic projects or personal portfolio will be valued.** **Desirable (Plus)** * Basic knowledge of web design (layouts, responsive design). * Proficiency with components and auto-layout in Figma. * Knowledge of interactive prototyping. * Familiarity with design systems. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. * Experience in social media design or branding. **Competencies** * Learning ability * Creativity * Proactivity * Organization * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Communication **What We Offer** * Participation in real-world design and technology projects. * Mentorship and continuous learning in branding and digital design. * An innovative and collaborative environment. * Flexible working hours compatible with studies. * Possibility of continuation or employment based on performance. **Conditions** * Work Mode: **Remote** * Working Hours: **36 hours per week** * Duration: **6 months**, with possible extension based on performance * **Paid internship** Job Type: Internship / Training Program Application Question(s): * Which design tools do you use and at what level? * Do you have knowledge of web design? * Have you created graphic assets such as social media posts, banners, or brochures?
