Responsibilities: Support job posting, conduct candidate pre-screening, and coordinate and schedule interviews for personnel selection. Prepare onboarding documentation via our virtual platform for new hires; and support their onboarding process to ensure proper integration. Assist in attendance tracking, enter leaves, vacations, and absences to ensure accurate payroll processing. Support scheduling of onboarding, training, and development sessions for employees to ensure effective performance of their duties. Assist in processing insurance enrollments such as SCTR, Life Insurance (Ley), EPS, to secure our employees and their beneficiaries. Support performance evaluations, including scheduling, reporting, and follow-up; ensuring compliance with procedures across all involved employees. Assist in organizing cultural events and activities to strengthen organizational culture. Requirements: University graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields. Proficiency in technological tools.
