Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Assistant with experience in the textile industry to ensure garment quality from initial stages through final finishing. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a Quality Control Assistant. Requirements: * Technical education in textile-related fields; with experience. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * Availability to work in La Victoria. Profile: Responsible, punctual, organized individual with good hygiene and cleanliness habits. What will you do? - Knowledge of technical specifications and measurements. - Adhere to fabric and/or garment quality control procedures from startup through final processing. - Ensure all garment components conform to the model's specification sheet. - Quality control: seam inspection, thread trimming, and garment verification. - Defect detection in workshops. - Finishing: manual folding of garments, bagging, and labeling. - Conduct sampling. - Meet production schedules. - Cleanliness: maintain order and cleanliness in your work area. What do we offer? Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturdays 09:00–13:00 Bi-weekly and timely payments of S/1300; overtime pay.
