Career advancement opportunities We are currently seeking a new talent **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT LA VICTORIA** to join our great team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Psychology graduates or students in their final academic cycles (MANDATORY). * Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to conduct field recruitment (visits to municipalities, leaflet distribution, agreements with job boards, etc.) (MANDATORY). * Must reside in Cercado de Lima, La Victoria, or nearby areas. * Competencies: initiative, proactivity, ability to work under pressure. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Request and evaluate applicants' documents. * Screen incoming calls and schedule interviews. * Maintain up-to-date personnel documentation. * Conduct field recruitment (visits to municipalities, leaflet distribution, agreements with job boards, etc.). * Interview applicants and prepare psychological assessment reports. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Salary of S/. 1130 \+ Transportation allowance (for field work). * Bi-weekly payments. * Career advancement opportunities. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
