Job Summary: We are seeking students for a practical training program in Recruitment and Selection, developing experience in talent attraction and mass campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Direct mentoring from the Human Talent Management department We seek students majoring in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields to participate in a practical training program in Recruitment and Selection. The participant will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real talent attraction processes and participate in mass recruitment campaigns for the transportation sector. Responsibilities * Posting job announcements. * Conducting active candidate sourcing. * Contacting applicants via WhatsApp and phone calls. * Scheduling interviews. * Updating the database. * Tracking candidates throughout the selection process. Profile * University student majoring in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Strong communication skills. * Personal computer and internet access.
