Job Summary: We are seeking a Telesales Agent for Portability, responsible for offering our services, selling products, and providing customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Our leading service provider company, with over 400 employees, is currently seeking new talent available to work remotely from anywhere in Peru as: **TELESALES AGENT FOR PORTABILITY** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Laptop or PC with CORE I3/I5/I7 / RYZEN 3 or higher / AMD \- Internet connection of at least 50 MBPS via modem or router \- Experience in call centers is not required \- Webcam required **SCHEDULE:** \- Monday to Saturday (Sundays off) Morning shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **SALARY:** \- PEN 1130.00 (fixed) \+ unlimited commissions (NO CAP) \- Full payroll benefits from day one (CTS, vacation pay, biannual bonus, family allowance, ESSALUD social insurance, and AFP/ONP pension fund) \- Bonuses and incentives \- Timely payments on the last day of each month \- Remote, paid training sessions \- Short-term career path \- Corporate and educational partnership agreements **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Offer portability to our operator to customers \- Sell products \- Provide information regarding the service \- Explain service procedures to customers \- Support customers with inquiries \- Follow up on delivery of sold products **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED!!!!** Salary: PEN 1,130.00 \- PEN 1,500.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
