




Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Advisor to serve and enroll prospective students in educational programs, handling sales management and follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for student service and enrollment. 2. Active participation in recruitment campaigns and events. 3. Database management and reporting for decision-making. We are an Educational Sector Institution seeking a dynamic, proactive, and service-oriented Sales Advisor. The candidate will be responsible for serving individuals interested in our diverse educational offerings: degree programs, workshops, seminars, etc. The candidate will be responsible for finalizing and closing enrollments or registrations. **Responsibilities:** \* Respond to WhatsApp messages and calls from prospective students regarding our products and study programs, following the *speech* and protocols established by the Marketing and Sales Department. \* Address all inquiries and questions from prospective students and persuade them to enroll or provide their contact information. \* Receive prospective students’ in-person visits and conduct guided tours when necessary. \* Forward enrollment information to the Treasury, Academic Coordination, and Marketing Department so each department can proceed with its respective process. \* Build and maintain a database of all prospective students and enrolled students, and prepare required reports and statistics to support decision-making and continuous improvement for the management team and Marketing Department. \* Follow up on the database and persuade prospective students who have not yet enrolled. \* Participate in activation campaigns, school visits, recruitment events such as talks, seminars, and live broadcasts (Lives) on Facebook and TikTok to promote our programs and attract new students. **Requirements** Academic Qualification: Graduate or final-year university or institute student in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. **Preferred Additional Courses and Knowledge:** Professional development courses and additional knowledge: * Office 365, Basic to Intermediate Excel. * Soft skills: Strong verbal communication, naturally friendly demeanor, service orientation, and professional appearance. **Experience and Other Competencies:** * Minimum six months of sales experience via call center or in-person channels, preferably at a counter (mandatory). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with technology and computer systems. * Basic familiarity with technological tools and social media platforms. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Availability to work rotating shifts, if required. * Ability to handle conflict situations or dissatisfied customers. **Working Hours:** Available for possible rotating schedules Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM **Salary:** · S/. 1,130.00 \+ commissions. · Pleasant work environment and professional development opportunities. **\* Please send your CV to WhatsApp number 937 552 268\.** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site employment
