




Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Advisor with a strong service orientation to manage inquiries and enrollments from individuals interested in our educational programs. Opportunity for professional development in a pleasant work environment. We are an educational institution seeking a dynamic, proactive, and service-oriented Sales Advisor. The candidate will be responsible for attending to individuals interested in our diverse educational offerings: degree programs, workshops, seminars, etc. They will be responsible for finalizing and closing enrollments or registrations. **Responsibilities:** \* Respond to WhatsApp messages and phone calls from prospective students regarding our academic programs and products, following the *speech* script and protocols established by the Marketing and Sales Department. \* Address all questions and concerns raised by prospective students and persuade them to enroll or provide their contact information. \* Receive prospective students visiting our premises and conduct guided tours when necessary. \* Forward enrollment information to the Treasury, Academic Coordination, and Marketing Department so each department may proceed with its respective responsibilities in the enrollment process. \* Maintain a comprehensive database of all prospective and enrolled students and generate required reports and statistics to support managerial decision-making and continuous improvement for both management and the Marketing Department. \* Follow up on the database and proactively engage prospective students who have not yet enrolled. \* Participate in activation campaigns, school visits, recruitment events such as talks, seminars, and live broadcasts (Lives) on Facebook and TikTok to promote our programs and attract new students. **Requirements** Academic Qualifications: Graduate or final-year university or institute student majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. **Preferred Additional Courses and Knowledge:** Professional development courses and additional knowledge: * Office 365, Basic to Intermediate Excel. * Soft skills: Strong verbal communication, naturally friendly demeanor, service orientation, and professional appearance. **Experience and Other Competencies:** * Minimum 6 months of sales experience via call center or in-person settings, preferably at a counter (mandatory). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with technology and computer systems. * Basic familiarity with technological tools and social media platforms. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Availability to work rotating shifts, if required. * Ability to handle conflict situations or dissatisfied customers. **Working Hours:** Available for possible rotating schedules Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM **Salary:** · S/. 1,130.00 \+ commissions. · Pleasant work environment and opportunities for professional growth. **\* Please send your CV to WhatsApp number 937 552 268\.** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
