Therefore, we combine agile methodologies, structured thinking, and a high-performance culture. **Key Responsibilities** ➤ Supervise project progress and compliance with the approved schedule. ➤ Verify correct application of project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, SAP Activate, PMI (Project Management Institute)). ➤ Conduct continuous tracking of tasks, backlog, milestones, and team commitments. ➤ Prepare periodic project progress reports and recurring service reports for clients. ➤ Identify, communicate, and follow up on risks, deviations, and early warnings. ➤ Address and channel client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely responses. ➤ Support coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
