




Position Summary: We are seeking a Selection and Development Analyst to design recruitment strategies, manage selection processes, and support talent programs and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design talent recruitment and selection strategies. 2. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. 3. Support talent development and continuous improvement. At Frutix, a Peruvian chain of juice bars and healthy beverages, specialized in offering natural juices, smoothies, and innovative beverages made from fresh fruit, adapted to the modern lifestyle. With presence across multiple shopping malls in Lima. We are currently looking for a Selection and Development Analyst. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in high-volume recruitment processes. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. KPI management experience. Responsibilities: Design and implement recruitment strategies and plans to attract top talent aligned with the company’s values and needs. Manage participation in job fairs. Maintain up-to-date status of the selection process. Track candidates throughout the process until hiring. Request necessary documents for onboarding new personnel. Develop, analyze, and ensure compliance with selection KPIs. Manage and execute recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interviews). Support planning and execution of talent development programs, training, and performance evaluations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the employee experience.
